The high-temperature sintering furnaces LHT 01/17 LB Speed and LHT 02/17 LB Speed, with maximum temperatures up to 1650 °C and spacious furnace chambers, are ideal for sintering translucent zirconia. The electrically driven lifting table simplifies loading, while all-around heating ensures uniform temperature distribution. Special molybdenum disilicide heating elements minimize chemical interactions, and saggars made of technical ceramics safely hold the crowns. Depending on the model, 1–3 saggars per level can accommodate up to 25 crowns, supporting high productivity and efficient lab workflows.

These furnaces feature drying and forced cooling functions to reliably remove moisture and accelerate cooling. Fully programmable for all recommended zirconia sintering curves, they offer fast cycle times under two and a half hours. Advanced controls, including a touch-display controller and MyNabertherm App, allow precise monitoring, program input, and process documentation for consistent, high-quality results.
